  1. The  COMMON SPELLING Data FILE is  to
  2. be used at FIELD # 4 when editing any
  3. data files (VIEW / EDIT Mode). A com-
  4. mon spelling file allows you to enter
  5. frequently used information by  entry
  6. of a number, thus reducing the amount
  7. of keystrokes to enter it.  The  data
  8. will show up as text on screen  and a
  9. printout. To EDIT the file: just type
  10. in the number of the field, then type
  11. in your data. Press  Escape when done
  12. to SAVE the data. You may skip a num-
  13. ber is you wish; however, fields with
  14. no info are NOT written to the disk.
